This place truly made my day today. The atmosphere is amazing, and the food is out of this world—absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. You can tell everything is made with care. My favorite was the Mexican sandwich… you won’t believe the flavor and texture—it’s that good. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Absolutely loved this place, their pastries were easily some of the best if not the best me and the wife have ever had. Definitely our new place to visit when we are near by. We tried the cinnamon roll, Boston Creme roll, and a couple of their food options. We liked it so much me and the wife went back the day after and it was just as good as the day before. We will be back!
Extremely impressed, Haven’t had Service this good in a very long time. We had some slight mishaps so I called in about them and Laura took care of us without hesitation, super sweet and professional. Will definitely return because of her hospitality.
My favorite place in town! You get real silverware, plates, and cups. They keep fresh seasonal flowers on the tables and play some jazz over the radio. The food is amazing! The sticky buns are my favorite.
Left no crumbs. If you are in Lake Charles The Bekery is a must go. Everything we ordered was delicious and you can tell they are only using high quality ingredients. Vibes, service, and food all ate.

Amazing food and atmosphere! When I am there I feel like I'm in France. It is a wonderful brunch spot for get-togethers! the music is soothing and is at the perfect volume for talking. As a bonus, the staff are very friendly, we love Jaques. Overall I wish I could give it more stars!
Very busy on a Saturday morning but the line moves fast and tables open up. Great food, quiche and French toast are amazing, staff is very friendly, kind, constantly moving to serve and clear tables with a smile. Good cup of drip coffee too with refills included.
The bekery is my favorite place to dine in the greater Lake Charles area. For its atmosphere, delicious pastries, and for the kind attentive staff. Even on their busiest day (sunday) you still get a great experience though a bit more of a wait. In the past I have noticed quality control issues with their sandwiches but they quickly nipped that in the bud. They are constantly adding and removing drinks and pastries from their menu meaning there is always something new to try. If you want a truly Pinterest worthy drink ask Rue to make it for you, not only does she fit the vibe of the patisserie but she makes drinks that you can see and taste the passion she has for her work.

The pastries are made with obvious care and attention to detail, and the drinks are just as impressive. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is warm, cozy, and welcoming. The staff are always friendly and make you feel right at home. It’s the perfect spot to meet a friend, enjoy a quiet morning, or treat yourself to something special. Lake Charles is lucky to have a bakery like this. Highly recommend!
